Yike Inspection Helps Goodbaby's Real Vehicle Crash Test
An extreme test of 80Km/h
A 9-storey building (30 metres) high child safety seat real car collision ‘hard contact’
Shocking
Let's reveal the real car crash test process!

This test is one of the times that Yike Testing undertakes similar high-risk testing business. In order to ensure that in the testing process, it can accurately capture the displacement and injury of the dummy placed in the child safety seat in the collided car at the instant of testing, the company sends out the most authoritative testing experts to lead the testing engineers to integrate the child car safety seat collision with the real car collision. After many pre-crash experiments, we gradually overcame the difficulties that might be encountered in high-speed camera, data acquisition, and calibration of the vehicle's positive crash position. In this test, we installed the world's more advanced Q1.5 and Q3 dummies in the car at the same time (the dummies have a total of more than 30 high-precision sensors installed in various key areas), as well as the data acquisition system, and the integration of multiple high-speed video cameras, to achieve the simultaneous triggering of multiple machines. Through the sensors' induction of the huge impact force generated at the moment of high-speed collision and the professional analysis of the test engineers, the damage situation of each key part of the dummy was accurately assessed.

The test successfully completed a high-speed crash test in which the vehicle accurately collided with the target car from the height of a 9-storey building (30 metres), and obtained data on the damage to the child safety seat and dummy, as well as detailed images of the test moment. The test was a complete success.
