1. Provide technical support and quotation based on customer and business project requirements, prepare test plans, and respond within the specified time;

2. Responsible for reliability testing projects in the field of automotive components, including but not limited to environmental, mechanical, material, and electrical performance related testing work, familiar with the testing requirements of OEMs;

3. Responsible for reviewing project contracts during the opening process, checking whether the items in the quotation are consistent, following up on the progress of complex testing projects and providing feedback on abnormal issues, and assisting the laboratory and business in handling testing abnormal issues;

4. Provide timely and detailed technical support to sales to meet pre-sales and after-sales needs;

5. Participate in the development of new laboratory CMA and CNAS projects, as well as host factory audits, and prepare relevant documents;

6. Responsible for new project initiation review, leading development and validation, as well as providing method training after completion;

7. According to the requirements of superiors, complete the work tasks related to the operation of the company.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in science and engineering, and experience in third-party testing company projects;

2. Having more than 5-10 years of project management experience in third-party testing agencies for automotive parts testing, familiar with testing automotive parts products (reliability, electrical performance, materials, mechanical);

3. Familiar with reliability testing standards of various automobile manufacturers;

4. Good English reading and writing skills, able to understand English materials and standard requirements, and able to prepare English reports;

5. Good English reading and writing skills, priority given to passing CET-4;

6. Good team spirit and service attitude, with excellent communication and stress resistance abilities.
