In order to facilitate customers in querying reports, Eqo has newly launched a quick query method: QR code query.

Starting from July 1st, the testing report issued by Eqo Testing: There is a QR code in the bottom right corner of one page, and customers can scan this QR code to check whether this report is from Eqo. Below are some simple operations:

We can scan the QR code shown in the picture with our mobile phone to view the complete content of the report. If this content is completely consistent with the testing report (electronic or paper version) received by the customer, it means that this report is the original report from Eqo Testing. If the scanned content is inconsistent with the report received by the customer, it means that this report is not from Eqo or has been tampered with by humans. At this time, the customer needs to call Eqo customer service personnel for verification (customer service contact information is provided on the report).

Note: QR codes have uniqueness, and only one QR code can retrieve the content of the report. Customers can compare the authenticity of the report by scanning the content of the QR code.

Eqo Testing adheres to the concept of "professionalism, fairness, and efficiency" to ensure that every report from Eqo is true and effective. If reports of counterfeit Eqo names are found in the market, Eqo will investigate the root cause and hold them legally responsible.
