In order to improve the efficiency of employees and the working environment, on May 26th, Eqo Testing organized a roundtable meeting for May 1st, attended by 12 representatives from various departments of the company. General Manager Lei and Customer Service Director Chen attended the meeting. During the meeting, leaders and employees chatted like family, discussing work and life. Leaders listened to everyone's voices and provided warm feedback! After the meeting, everyone had lunch together.
The purpose of this roundtable meeting is to understand the problems encountered by employees in different positions in their work and the areas where they need company assistance. Starting from practical work, everyone can speak freely and propose various issues and improvement suggestions that affect the work process. The leaders provided feedback on the testing, business, training, procurement, personnel recruitment, and salary issues raised by employees during the meeting. Manager Liu from the HR department recorded them one by one and tracked the feedback after the meeting.
