Recently, EQO participated in the testing capability verification of automotive material odour evaluation implemented by China Machinery Industry Federation, and achieved satisfactory results for all test parameters.

Proficiency testing is the use of inter-laboratory comparisons to determine laboratory testing, and is a validation activity to ensure that laboratories maintain a high level of testing by assessing, monitoring and confirming their competence. Participation in a proficiency testing programme provides laboratories with objective evidence to evaluate the reliability and validity of the data they produce. During the proficiency testing period, the laboratory attached great importance to the whole process with strict reference to the requirements of the operating instructions and the corresponding national standards, operated in a standardised and rigorous manner, repeatedly verified the experimental results, and completed the testing of the specimens and the reporting of the results before the limited deadline.

A total of 34 reference laboratories participated in this proficiency testing programme, including third-party testing institutes, automotive OEMs and auto parts factories, etc. A total of 17 laboratories were accredited by CNAS for this testing programme. eqo achieved ‘satisfactory’ evaluation results in all the above test items.

The result of this proficiency testing is the affirmation of the testing technology level of Yike's laboratory, eqo will further strengthen the laboratory testing ability to improve, adhere to the core of technical ability, strengthen the training of testing skills, pay attention to the internal quality control, in order to promote the high-quality development of the enterprise to provide powerful technical support.
