In addition, on April 19, 2018, the European Commission issued Resolution (EU) 2018/594 in the official gazette, officially designating phenyl-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid-1,2-anhydride (trimellitic anhydride) (TMA) as a substance of high concern (SVHCs). ETS Warm Reminder:

With the continuous updating of the SVHC candidate list, enterprises are facing increasing control requirements. Enterprises need to raise their risk awareness of their products. Within six months after the substance is listed on the SVHC candidate list, eligible enterprises need to complete the SVHC notification for the item. It is recommended that companies conduct an early investigation into their supply chain to cope with regulatory changes with ease.
