On March 8th, the company organized safety knowledge training for all employees and watched the "Safety Supervision Warning Education Video". The focus of the training is on real cases that occur in reality. By listing typical and painful accident cases that occur in daily work, everyone tightens the string of "safety". Through the bloody accidents shown in the video, employees are reminded of the importance of safety at all times and prevent completely similar safety accidents from happening.

2. Arrange employees to participate in the "Lujia Town Social Comprehensive Governance Innovation Campaign Mobilization Meeting" organized by the Lujia Town Government on March 19th, to listen to the summary of safety work in 2017 and the arrangement of safety work in 2018 by the functional departments and key enterprises of the Lujia Town Government. On March 20th and 21st, General Manager Lei Zaiming and Safety Officer Luo Xiaofang participated in the government organized safety production management training and passed the assessment with excellent results.

3. The main person in charge of the enterprise repeatedly emphasizes the importance of safety at the monthly staff meeting, and arranges personnel to implement safety work plans, goals, and various systems, ensuring that safety work is implemented for each individual, and effectively implementing the policy of "adhering to safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive management" in China's Safety Production Law.
